The Audacity to Have It All: Redefining Success on Your Own Terms
We are often told we must choose between career and family, ambition and fulfillment, grinding it out, and self-care.
Join Erika as she shares strategies on how you can “have it all” with ease and balance as you move away from beliefs that limit you. Having the audacity to have it all is about rejecting the limitations society imposes on us and daring to define success, as women, on our terms! The Future of Work
One of the lasting trends to come out of Covid was the move to distributed and hybridized work.
As leaders navigate an evolving new work landscape, the one critical piece ripe for redefinition is culture. Another critical piece is futureproofing. Key Questions:
- How can you design and execute the conditions for truly effective culture in a hybridized environment?
- How do you create new metrics to measure human output?
- How can you reimagine human capital (and human value creation)?

We’ll explore how a new perspective on technology can serve as a crucial enabler in the manufacturer-distributor relationship, reshaping traditional methods and opening new avenues for collaboration.
Key takeaways include:
- Understanding the importance of accurate data to drive progress and avoid disputes.
- Recognizing the value of channel data integration and the benefits of using similar platforms or ensuring integration happens upfront.
- Differentiating between bringing data to channel conversations versus bringing insights and wisdom.
